He better take a look. I something similiar to this happen a few years ago. Sold 350 sq bales to a fella. He called me back 3 weeks later, raising hell that it wasnt any good now and wanted all his money back. Went to take a look, with a few with me. It wasnt even the same hay, he now had mixed grass hay, what i sold him was pure orchard grass and timothy. I pointed that out and that the bales were a lot smaller then what i sold him. He stormed outta the barn. Come to find out, he had sold my hay for more then what he paid me and bought cheap hay thinking he had made money.
