I ran one of these for a while at a coop in MT. Our had the stainless steel tank and 80 foot of boom. Four wheel drive with a 450 hp Cat and Allison tranny. We would put up to 15 ton on it and on flat ground we could spread at 35+ mph. If we didn't have to travel too far between fields we could spread a little over a 1000 acres a day if the fields weren't too rough. The first year they had it they would spread for free just to let the farmer/ranchers see what it could do. Early in the spring when we would get snow we put "Hunters Orange" in the foam marker so we could see where we had spread. Bobg
