I assume that it is a utility style? Do you really need the backhoe? I am sure that the backhoe can be removed, but this tractor sounds like it has been used in an industrial capacity, which, in my opinion means it is probably flat worn out. If it is not worn out, and basically in good condition, the going price will probably scare you. I am not going to guess at this one. Also, this tractor may not have a PTO, live or otherwise.
