My 05 3500 Chevy will get 21-22 at 60 mph and 12-14 pulling a 12000 lb load. It is a reg cab long box SRW. Powertrain is Duramax, Allison, and 3.73 rear and 4WD. Empty, it's like driving a Corvette with an 8 foot box!! No problems in 4000 miles, and there shouldn't be.
