Hey Ed where are you I'm in Ohio Sounds like there are a lot of differences in the Gov program. Last year everyone was excited that prices went low enough at one point to double their payments. I took LDP about 6 years ago & bought a bulldozer with the money I didn't like the feeling of taking the money. They checked my on bushels & found I under collected by several hundred bu.They told me I had to take the rest of the money and I was put on probation for 2 years. Did you know you are not aloud to under collect? The penalty is the same for over collecting. I just paid all the money back & told them where to go This year I rented several more farms & the landlords insist on being in the programs. I haven't taken any money yet & not sure I can
