True to the South, I have fried turkeys, gator, duck, goose, just about everything that walks, crawls, flies, or slows down enough. Never had a fire, but it will burn, it clouds all to h@ll around 35 to 40 degrees and gets thick. At $15 - $30 for 2.5 gallons, you would think they (someone) is making alot of money. I hear that deep fried turkeys are a rage now up north, I was thinking the oil was fixin to double. We eat our weight in boiled peanuts too. Do not see how there are excess with all that is used/made from them. Mr. Carver done good.
