Might not know, or have known. I didn't know until stumbled across a post the other night, that was a night's old at that. He may not know, and may be making a friendly jab at a friend that he's unaware of. That was my guess.

Shocked, and saddened. Not enough prayers in this world to cover this, but can and will try, for him, and his family. May God bless.

One thing's for sure, by all of the posts, he's much loved and respected. And that's a great thing. Get well John, I sincerely hope.
