Man, I should know better than to reply, but I'm dumb. 1st off, I don't know who refused help from Cuba, but whatever, I don't care if it was George W Bush OR Hilary. I agree with them. We were also offered 20 million barrels of crude from Iraq if we dropped sanctions, we refused that too and I agree with that as well. You can't negotiate with dictators and terrorists. Furthermore sir, last year when that aweful hurricane went through Cuba (I don't remember which one) WE, the USA, offered them help as well and THEY refused thus setting the precedence.
