Should I buy the Twin Cities?

I have an opportunity to buy a good starting and running '37 Twin Cities J. It's been mostly restored and looks very good with good rubber. The seller is asking $3000. Is this a fair price if the tractor is truly in good shape?

He also has several MM Z's in various conditions which he'd like to throw into the sale. They've been sitting outdoors for 20+yrs. Don't know if they run or not. What should I offer?
