Jeremy the hydraulic pump won"t need to come out, There should be 4 bolts holding a flange to the crank pulley, remove these and push the flange towrd the front of the tractor to allow the belt to slip up between the flange and the pulley. As for the water pump pulley, yes it is pressed onto the pump shaft, and unless you have a lot of experience and a large press you would be ahead to take the pump off the tractor and take it to a MF dealer and let them do the press work.
