Well since i haul oversized loads every day i guess i am the expert you must have to be legal a four point hook X ed also you must have 60% hold back sooooo that means that ya need a total of five chains on each tractor as each grade 7 5/16 chain is only good for 4750 lbs now even though they do have a 10000 lbs load limit Just be glad that your not chaining down a 90000 lb load like i have to do ever sooften . Also if it has a loader or back hoe they each need a chain over that so for you guys that are hauling a tractor and blade plow disc brush hog on the three point ya got to throw a chain over that too.Getting redickulous , but maken the chain and binder people happey.
