Jay, I lived 6 months in a Minn. winter. I know what a blizzard is and they can be dangerous if not prepared. Even a heat wave can be harmful to some people if not fatal. I lived through Alicia, Allision, 3 tornados, numerous heat waves, a couple of blizzards and just what ever else will pop up. It don't matter where you live, there's always something to test your patience.
