We were driving home one day and passed a guy at an intersection with a big sign, "Will Work For Food." The funny thing was, he was standing in front of a Burger King with a big "Help Wanted" sign in front. I rolled down my window and asked, "Can you read?" "Yes!" was his answer. I said, "Turn around and tell me what you see on that sign," and drove off. You"re right, they"re mentally ill or disfunctional.
