lifting 810 two bottom plows

My JD 60 really struggles to lift the 810 two bottom plows.It sounds like the Power-Trol is going into bypass.It will lift the plows after several tries.Is it oil weight, or weak bypass valve,or just the nature of the beast?My manuals say nothing about assist springs with these plows.
