What $ should I ask for International Harvester -

My dad is wanting to sell an original International Harvester (Farmall) H. It's about a 1948. That's all the info I have other than it runs but needs restoring. He wants to know what we should ask for it. He knows someone that might want to buy it. I could use help as well. He puts it on me to check this out since I know the internet well. I guess he thinks the internet is a magical thing where you can look up tractor prices and maybe sell tractors. I've googled around and found some stuff but not much. I figured there wouldn't be much out there about tractors and was mostly right from what I found. There were only a couple Farmall Hs listed on ebay and I checked other antique tractors and overall they weren't getting much bids. Is there a popular place on the internet for this sort of thing? Just something to do with antique tractors, maybe lists of prices. I can tell this site doesn't get a ton of traffic, at least from looking at the dates on the forum posts. Here is a price list I found but the prices are all over the place and don't make sense with the categories "restored" "complete" and "older restoration". http://www.ytmag.com/atrp/values/ihval.htm Is ytmag.com a trafficked site for antique tractor stuff? It looks like their classifieds are busy. Thanks for any help,
