Out here on the hillsides of western NY the clay is heavy and wet. Both of my neigbors on the otherside of the hill use IH power with live fronts and rice and cane all the way around. When I put used rice tires on my 730 and 3020 I spent less then a grand afor each tractor. When I put new rice tires on my 830 I spent around 1500. My 4020 came with rice ties on it and have lasted well. all I could find in used tires for the Massey were $1100 a piece, new would be $1700 a piece. Compared to radial would be $800 a piece. Big difference in price, but after reading comments here and talking with others I think I'll spring for new ricers. Thanks
