Jump in yer most economical vehicle this weekend. Find some older farms that have a shed or two that dont look like they are being used. Stop in ask ask the question " Any chance I could buy and tear down that there building ya gots there?" It dont take long to ask and most of them buildings come down quick to relocate. They were actually built with good thich steel. I paid about $15000 for my 36 x 48 last fall , that was a new one. Getting supplies from a older 40 x 60 for $200 and it has 14" side walls !! Was gonna be torn down and hauled to the scrap yard.
