Simple as this, can you pay for it period or are you borrowing to do it. If the latter then you don't need it as it won't cost the price you mention anyway with the interest. If for few trees definetly not worth it. You better run it to make it pay and it appears that this may be just a play thing for a few trees. It appears as if wife wants money in the bank. Smart lady
