All 2N tractors had this toolbox, most have been removed over time. As far as the number of Sherman transmissions installed, we may never know the exact answer to that question as they were a dealer installed option that was purchased on a case by case basis. Also, many were added several years after the tractor was purchased. All in all, I would say you have a fairly rare tractor if you have one with a Sherman transmission and original toolbox (worth about $250-$500 to the selling price). Good luck, Dan
