Tire loading

I know this is a topic that has been beat to death, but I am thinking of putting windshield washer fluid in my rear tires. The tractor is a JD 4600 with 17.5x24 industrial wide bar, with FWA. It's fine in the summer for field work and such but for snow plowing and loading gravel it would be nice to have some weight. I have a big counterweight for the 3 point but I like to have my back blade on for cleaning up ect. I do not want to use chloride or chains! Thanks in advance! Russ
