I have never been a smoker so perhaps you should disregard my input, but as with stopping any old habit, study your behavior and change as many of the old patterns as you can. Try to replace those situations with positive alternatives. Get rid of anything which will make it easy to slip back into the old habit. I understand nicotine is about the most addictive substance known to man so I probably can't relate, but hang in there. If you fall on your face, pick yourself up and try again. We ALL have vices we struggle with so I don't think you should be expecting any stones thrown your way. Friends tell me their quiting smoking was the best/hardest thing they ever did. For what it's worth, you have my support. Glenn F.
