I quit over 10 years ago this time, 3 packs of Camels a day. Hardest part for me was 1st day, 1st week, 1st month and 1st year. Once I whipped each one of those, it was a walk in the park. The day I quit , just threw everything away and stayed away from anyone that smoked for one week and kept busy. You have to be ready to do it for yourself!!!Good luck..we all know that you can DO IT !!! Keith
