Oh I forgot to mention figure out how much money you are saving and buy yourself something that you want and would never consider buying it before. Here is the scedule that I did. 1 week 2 weeks 1 month 6 months 1 year I bought a shotgun and the last thing I bought was a new truck. After buying that new truck I better not smoke any more the rest of my life!
