yes they probably are but when you make them taller they may not be heavy enough to stand the extra pressure. government bins is just term used in my area as thats what the grain was stored in in some locations by the government. they were nothing more than 18ft diameter by 6 1/2 rings tall. they were basically 3200 bushel bins. You can get them for free or up too 300.00 some people can get if they find the right desperate person.
