D.B. implement

I just purchased a horse drawn Hoe?, and I can't find any company name or serial number anywhere. Most peices have part numbers on them that start with D.B., then the number. Would this be a David Brown implement? If not, then who? Maybe someone could steer me in the right direction to look. Thanks
