There's an easy fix to your common problem(and it's not disabling ABS).You have a small amount of corrosion at one or both front wheel speed sensors.This corrosion pushes sensor away from the tone-wheel.You need to remove allen bolt at front wheel bearing/hub assy,remove sensor from hub,and clean area around sensor mating surface.A screwdriver or file can be used to make sure the metal surface is flat.Clean any scale from sensor & dab a little synthetic grease on sensor & problem solved.Fixed many this way in my shop.~brad
