Seems calm and content and at peace. Not a big dog, so didn't run too many miles, so must be local. How about watch for signs to go up asking for the lost dog. Tell the local vets. Maybe take an add out in the paper, but don't tell what kind of dog or even describe it - let the callers tell you what kind of dog you have. Make the callers tell you what kind of dog you've found. Little dogs, little pets often become snake food or sparing tune-ups for pitbulls, especially when they're free or "free to good homes". You hold the dog, let the owner come to you, not the other way around - for the dog. Doesn't hurt to keep an eyeball peeled or an ear to the ground though, in all fairness. Mark
