I believe the Media is the one that needs to do the "Splainin" since they spread information like wildfire without any confirmation from officials, just so they can look like the first to bring us the news! Oh, but lets don't hold them accountable for their actions, lets just blame it on the people working relentlessly day and night to rescue them.
