Biggest Agricultural or Construction Tractor ever

What was the Biggest Agricultural or Construction Tractor ever made. I believe it was the Big Bud but I am not sure.

The Big Bud 16V-747 is the largest tractor made in the 20th Century. It was custom ordered by Rossi Farms of California. It is 14 feet tall, 20 feet wide, and 28 feet long. Fully loaded with fuel and ballast it weighs 130,000 pounds. The tractor is still in use in Montanta.
