Just got my premise number this week, not thrilled about it all but I see the need. The latest deadline for implimentation Jan. 09. We'll see, I think itll take more time then that. And YES farmer to farmer sales ARE in the program. ANY livestock sold ANYWHERE well have to be tagged and recorded in starting in 09. It will be the sellers responsiblity to tag the animal and the buyers responsibilty to report the transfer.
