Investing in Bio-diesel plant

Went to a prospective meeting last night for a Bio Diesel plant here in Iowa. $25,000 gets you in. Guess lots of people jumping on. Said they would see a profit of nearly 20% in a couple of years--{conservative figure}. 10% of that would be to pay back the bank. So that leaves 10% for the investors. That's alot more than you can get from a CD. But alot more risk. There were a couple of bankers there that would lend you money at 7 1/4%. That only leaves 2 3/4% profit. So that doesn't sound very smart. There are some tax credits too---but not that much. I think it's gonna be something that is going to expand and has tremendous potential since it's an alternative fuel--which we need. I guess if a person has $25,000 laying around then it might be a good investment. What do you guys think??--I value your opinions.
