I don't know what you guys are disking, but the 856 should handle it no problem - we pulled a 21 JD disk (old one) with an 806 - we could pull it in high 1 all the time high 2 if u were going shallow or first pass on cornstalks then we would throw a 300 gallon sprayer on the three point - fill her up with water and treflan and spray treflan and incorporate at the same time all in high 1 with the same 806 neighbors put 15000 hours on an 856 pulling 21 foot disks.... new clutch every couple years - we finally broke down and got a 1066 to help the 806 out - it wouldn't pull it any faster but it was a lot quieter......
