Hinomoto Tractor

I have a hinomoto tractor also called a southern tractor e-230. It is now draining the battery when it sits for a few days. I was wondering if anyone knew if it has a voltage regulator or is it built into the alt? I looked around and did not see anything but the alt. Can I get the alt, voltage regulator frome my local autoparts or is it a dealer item?It has three wires coming out of it and they go up under the dash and I can not tell where they go from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks; mjm
