That is a very good point. I mainly want more power so I can spin my hydraulic pump faster so the loader will work faster. Also it would be nice to be able to go up hills (when I drive on the road) in 5th gear. I have an International V-8 truck engine that is 345 cubic inches. The truck is rusted out but it is a great engine. The frame is all custom so it would easily take the weight of the V-8 and the size difference.
