Yeah - my 1949 8N does most of the work around my 100 acres! About the only thing it doesn't do is loader work. In my soil it will pull a 2 bottom plow, no problem. I cultivate, plant, mow (sickle and hog), disc, use my PHD (runs it better than my 460 or 454 IH), blade, rake, pull wagons, just about everything. My larger tractors sit most of the time. Wouldn't ever want to give it up! A JD 4020 is a good machine. There are a lot of them around here and lots of people run them. Not a big Greenie fan, but they make good machines.
