If you don't want to shoot them, get a recording of an owl and play it at them over speakers. They'll be gone. Or, might want to try one of them fake owls from Northern that turns its head and sounds like an owl. No clue if they really work, but know the owl recording has worked. No hawks or falcons in the area? They don't play games with pigeons, rabbits, the old neighbor's chihuahua. Dropped the chihuahua though - too mean I guess (got hurt, but lived). They're excellent hunters and pigeons are like flying caviar and lobster dinners to them. I'd like to say .17 or .22 caliber, but if you miss, they travel forever and ever and ever. A .410 w/bird shot if close enough, but if you miss, will likely pepper the neighbors siding, the shed, the old geezer Cheney shot, some other stuff. Mark
