Here's a novel idea....a few years ago my wife came upstairs screaming the toilet in our basement had backed up all over. This was on Valentine's Eve. The next morning we dug up the lid to the 'ol septic tank to find the whole tank pretty much collasped. So we put a new and improved tank in that day and that was her present, and she has used it every day since. It's kinda like my plumber says... a flush beats a full house every time!
