building a barrel wagon train

Not sure if this is what you would call it, but our 4-H association is looking to build a ride for the kids that consists of carts built out of 55 gal. barrels. The train is pulled by a garden tractor.We would like to use it around the fair this summer.Does anyone know of where I might find plans for something like this. Our local high school shop class is considering building them if we can supply them with some plans. Thanks in advance.
