Trailer Tires

I need to replace four tires on my trailer. Trailer is 13,000 GVW. It has 800 X 14.5 now. If I replace with 700 X 14.5 what is the difference between the two sizes? will the 800 X 14.5 be wider and taller? My other trailer uses 700X14.5 I think it would be good to keep all the tires the same size. Thanks Stan
