I own and have restored a Rock Island G-2. I was told by the gentleman that I bought it from that it is a 1930. I'm not sure how many models they made but they did make a F, F-A, G,and a G-2, the G-2 was the smallest and also the last tractor that John Heider designed for Rock Island before J.I. Case bought them out in 1937. If anyone has any serial # info. on these tractors, please let me know. the # on mine is 100085.
