Do these systems have a fuel filter or orafice that might be somewhat plugged? (if so equipped) Does it continue to flow a lot of fuel if the primer button is pushed, and held? (if so equipped) Are you saying you believe it is an electrical issue?
I suggest you clip a small lamp to the terminal at the solenoid and view weather it loses power or just fails internally.
Once that has been decided and if it drops power at that lamp, follow it back up the system. I suppose it uses an oil pressure activated switch to assure it only delivers fuel while running. That may or may not run through a relay. It may also use a relay that has a short delay to allow it to flow while cranking and a little longer before the oil pressure builds enough to sustain the flow. Continue using the test lamp back up through the system to view at some point where the ngine fails to run and the lamp stays lit. To check a grounding switch as might be used for the oil pressure system, connect one clip from the lamp to the switch lead and the other to the battery voltage source. You might try drawing youself a simple schematic diagram of how it would work so you can envision what test or responce you should expect at what location.

The colony remained far from self-supporting and it was not until the early 1800's that things started to improve. Free settlers started to arrive, they followed the explorers across the mountains and where land was suitable set up farms. T
