We own our own tank, have for many years. This year Ferrell sent me a bill for rental of the tank and a charge for low usage & if I didn't pay they would pick up my tank. I called & asked what this bill was for. Explained that tank had been bought years ago before they came along. manager stated that I was in error & they owned tank. I then suggested that they come & try to pick up tank. No further response & have different company filling tank now at lower price.
