On a per page cost laser is definately cheaper than inkjet. I've been buying laser printers for a Fortune 500 company for the last 15 years and IMHO HP is the way to go. They make a small-office color laser, model #2600n (the "n" means it is network ready) that lists at $400.00. The replacement toner cartridges are what will cause you to choke. Most color laser printers use 4 cartridges, and for the 2600n they are about $85.00 each. But remember you'll probaly get 4 to 6 times the pages from a toner $85.00 cartridge than you will get from a $35.00 inkjet cartridge. e-mail me if I can be of any assistance. -Dog's Friend
