Now I take it that you have a perkins engine in that tractor. I have a couple of cockshut 1855's that preceded the white tractors wich are basicly the same tractors. the white corporation had taken over cockshut. having said that , I have had good luck with my tractors over the last 20 years. I believe the 2-105 has the gear shifter on the rightside fenderwall. And that was not the best change they made, as that causes difficult shifting when the linkage is wore a bit. But other than that I think they are good strong tractors . I think the price is a tad high if the engine needs a overhaul. you better price that out before doing a bid. My two cents worth.
