Sure don't want myself to apear dumb, but I think terms may differ, but If you want to weld a new rim to your old hub this jig is just the ticket. Basicly a cone to drop your hub on and will self center itself. Three bolts with collars are adjusted (in a 4 ft. slot each) under your old rim. This keeps your rim at the same distance when you install the new rim. Another small adjustable rod with a washer (washer holds cutting torch tip for a perfect circle). Thus you cut the old rim off (this can be shorter if you put smaller rims on). Then drop new rim on and weld away. Almost impossible to screw anything up. It will fit in the trunk of a full sized car if you could duck tape / bale wire / or tarp strap the lid down. Dave NE IA
