I suggest buying you a new trailer. You should be able to find a new one for less than $1k and it will have brakes. Mobile home axles are good axles, but the tire/wheel is only for the movement of mobile homes. The speed limit on a M/H is 45mph. You can convert the M/H hubs w/a hub w/8 lugs. They run about $150 per axle, then you have to buy new wheels/tires for the new hubs. The hubs and bearings will fit on the M/H axles. You use the back up plates w/brakes for the new hubs. But by the time you spend all this money for the conversion, you could all most have a new trailer. Don't ask why I know this....
