Haven't been to 100 yet in panhandle but close. Only thing growing here is wheat under pivots circles and it will go for hay or silage. Has bugs in it and looks worse everyday from heat and wind. Custom cutter from your area was up here looking around last week and just no use in them coming around to cut wheat this time as what little there is will go for feed. Don't know how grain elevators will stay in business no more than they got last year. Every feed yard is full of cattle and been feeding since October with little grazing. Not enough moisture to even think about planting anything here yet. Cooler here today and cool is coming down from north later. We had more fires yesterday and everyone on pins and needles today with more 40-50 mph wind and single digit humidity. Yeah, it's getting old but they say some slight rain chances again by weekend.
