Your right, I didn't look for anything else because this man "knew" what he had and I even read back to him what I was looking up and the info was "correct." I'm sorry I made the assumption about age, that is how most people feel about it. But even if I don't work for Auto Zone, I still don't believe that because you had one bad experience with that parts store, means that the rest of them are like that. There are good parts people out there and everyone at the store I work for, try their best and we treat every customer how we would want to be treated. Theres no reason for you to come on this board and "vent" your anger about someone who can't defend themselves, there is always 2 sides to a story. Almost seems childish.
