I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THEM ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS THAT THE WHEEL HAD BEEN SHIPPED ON A PATICULAR DAY.THE NEXT TIME I WOULD CALL, I WOULD BE TOLD AGAIN THAT IT WAS SHIPPED, BUT THEY WOULD NEVER GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER.I SPOKE WITH THEM AGAIN THIS MORNING AND WAS TOLD THE WHEEL WAS SHIPPED YESTERDAY. WHEN I AGAIN ASKED FOR A TRACKING NO., I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PRESENT AND THAT IF I DIDN,T WANT THE WHEEL TO RETURN IT FOR A REUND.DUH!!!!!! I DIDN,T RECEIVE THE WHEEL.WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS NOT BEING HONEST WITH ME, HE ACUSED ME OF BEING UNREASONABLE.
