Try the fuel filter first. It is along a frame rail somewhere. It's the easiest and cheapest. The fuel pressure is on the low side of the acceptable range. It will give you all kinds of codes like you're seeing. You can go broke chasing codes and replacing sensors and components. If that doesn't fix it, replace the fuel pump. It's in the fuel tank. There was a trick to removing the sensor wire, like a quarter turn or something. I almost broke it off the first time I replaced one.
